Sanken O-Phalt Primer Multipurpose Surface Adhesive is a very effective and versatile product in Sanken Japan's waterproof construction solution package. Primer is an indispensable part for adhesion and waterproofing of newly constructed surfaces or concrete mixes in construction works.

Application of O-Phalt Primer:

It is used as a primer on the surface of new concrete (newly poured concrete) before applying the waterproof coating to protect concrete, plaster, and bricks (polymer film lining). Application method: Direct scan.

Used as a waterproofing for exterior walls of the house to prevent reverse osmosis. Application method: Apply directly or form a polymer screed mortar to coat the outer layer.

Used to treat old concrete surface (pouring concrete for a long time), handle cracks or roughness, anti-cracking with ratio: "3kg cement: 1kg PRIMER"

Used to form a super cohesive polymer slurry mortar consisting of a concrete mixture of sand, cement and water. If using more Primer, it will create a solid and stable bonded concrete layer, maximum dead time cracking over time. Mixing ratio: "(1kg of cement + 3 kg of sand): (1kg of PRIMER + 1kg of water)"

It is used to form DOLT-FREE COAL (FORCED CEMENT) to prevent water and leakage in concrete structures. Mixing ratio: "(1kg of cement + 3kg of sand): (1.5kg PRIMER)"

Composition of the adhesive O-Phalt Primer:

• O-Phalt Primer is a water-based, asphalt-based waterproof primer that dries quickly (30 minutes).
• O-Phalt Primer has high permeability, allows deep penetration into concrete pores and improves the adhesion of film and concrete surfaces. This primer also acts as the binding agent of loose dust particles that accumulate on the concrete surface even after cleaning.
• Main ingredients: 60% Polymer and 40% additives.
